We have an exciting opportunity for a few Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Farmington, MN! In this role you will work at customers residential homes and some small commercial complexes.
You will be responsible for jobs such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing concrete patios and driveways, soft washing siding, decks, and other exterior surfaces that may need to be washed.
In the Winter you will perform jobs such as snow removal and Christmas Lighting! You will either work in small teams or individually depending on the job size.
What to Expect:
- Monday through Friday (35-40 hours/per week), some OT.

$20.
00 to $26.
00 /hour, plus job tips, monthly bonus money for good google reviews and employee of the month bonus! Position Overview:
A exterior cleaning technician will be responsible for performing a range of common manual labor duties including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading cleaning products and equipment from vehicles, and climbing up and down ladders and roofs, if necessary.
Ensure positive experience for all Top Hat Services customers and clients.
Maintain clean and friendly work area to Top Hat Services standards.
Work effectively as an individual and small team.
Experience Requirements:
Valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required.
You will need to be able to drive yourself to and from work each day.
Customer service experience preferred.
Experience on roofs or using ladders is preferred.
Prior experience in similar work environment is preferred (Landscaper, Lawn care, Roofer, Construction, General Laborer).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, and short correspondence.
Ability to effectively communicate in a one-on-one and/or small group settings with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
