Job Functions Include:
Assist in activities designed to encourage a child's curiosity & exploration.
Maintain a safe and exciting learning environment.
Work with the teachers to develop age-appropriate schedules and routines to promote physical, intellectual, and social growth.
Interact daily with parents and caregivers; maintaining open and cooperative communication with families.
Follow health and safety standards for the benefit of all students and fellow staff.
Foster a flexible and positive mindset, with solid organizational and communication skills.
Complying with licensing and state regulations.
Ability to lift children up to 40 pounds.
Benefits Include:
Highschool Aide $14.
00/hour Entry Level Aides $15.
00/hour Assistant Teachers starting at $16.
00/hour to $18.
00/hour based on experience, assortment of college credits or an associates degree.
