00 an hour Cleaning Technician As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned area.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
cleaning windows, doors, and other surfaces.
removing trash from public and private areas.
maintaining supply inventory.
maintaining cleaning equipment inventory.
maintaining cleaning supplies inventory.
performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
completing tasks assigned by the shift supervisor or manager as requested.
must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Remove trash from the facility daily.
Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces daily.
Dust furniture, floors, and furniture surfaces.
Wipe down countertops and other surfaces.
Remove trash.
Requirements and skills:
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
, stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach overhead, push, pull pull objects over medium to heavy weight and be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must have valid Drivers License with good driving record.
Must have experience in the following cleaning industry:
commercial or residential.
